How do I create an account ?

  • Open Executive.co.id
  • Click "My Account".
  • Click "Sign Up".
  • You will receive confirmation email containing username and password.
  • To log in open Executive.co.id and click "Create An Account".
  • Insert your username and password on "Sign in".
  • Click "Sign In".
  • You have logged in.

 

How do I order ?

  • Open Executive.co.id
  • Create account or log in with your existing account.
  • Choose product or article on category page.
  • Click "Add to Cart".
  • Click "Shopping Cart".
  • You will be at billing address page, if the address ok, click "NEXT" but if you want to change you address, click "EDIT" and choose shipping address "JNE REGULER" then click "NEXT".
  • Select your payment method (Credit card or Bank Transfer) then click "NEXT".
  • On Summary & Payment page click "I CONFIRM MY ORDER".
  • Order process finish.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order.
  • Make sure when you do the transfer, the amount is the same as the determined price.

 

What if an error happens during ordering process ?

  1. Executive web page is optimized for viewing on the following browsers :
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 10.0 and above,Mozilla Firefox 23.0 and above,
      Google Chrome 29.0 and above, Safari 5 and above.
  2. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
  3. Make sure your javascript on active. How?
    a. Internet Explorer
    • On the web browser click "Tools".
    • Then, select the earth (Internet) icon.
    • Security level for this zone scroll in "Medium high".
    • Then select the Custom Level button.
    • Locate Scripting near the bottom of the list.
    • Under Active Scripting.
    • Select Enable.
    • Hit OK.
    b. Mozilla Firefox
    • In the address bar, type "about:config" (with no quotes), and press Enter.
    • Click "I'll be careful, I promise".
    • In the search bar, search for "javascript.enabled" (with no quotes).
    c. Google Chrome
    • On the web browser menu click on the "Tool" and select "Settings".
    • In the "Settings" section click on the "Privacy".
    • click on the "Content settings".
    • When the dialog window opens, look for the "JavaScript" section and select "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)".
    • Click on the "OK" button to close it.
  4. Clear your cache. How?

      • Mozila Firefox click menu Tools - Options - Advance- Network - Clear now.
    • Internet Explorer
      • Internet Explorer click menu Tools - Safety - Delete browsing history - Delete.
    • Google Chrome
      • Google Chrome press Ctrl+Shift+Delete on keyboard and then Clear data browsing.
